GurujiWorld Kickstarts In- Classroom Teacher Training Program

GurujiWorld Technologies launched Audio-Visual Klassroom at Shri Haribhau Balwantrao Girme Vidyalaya, Pune under the CSR Partner “Great Foundation”. The innovative GKlass App has been deployed along with State board interactive e-learning contents for grades 8th to 10th Marathi and Semi – Medium. Master Trainers of GurujiWorld- Shivranjan Kolvankar and Sakshi Bhatia – conducted Teacher Training Session on 11th August 2017 and also conducted first ever In-Classroom Teacher Training Session with the aim to provide technical knowledge and pedagogical support to the teachers of the school and provide meaningful insight on how to create interactive classroom with the help of GKlass Application.


Agenda Of The Session


The ‘Teacher Training Program’ was divided into two sessions, in the first session we established ‘Why’ behind the e-Learning classroom, discussing, observing and practicing various features of GKlass Application.
The second session was about exploring how to teach using
GKlass Application.

In-Classroom Teacher Training


Our Master Trainer and English Guru Sakshi Bhatia, taught ‘The Fountain’, a poem from Grade 8 English. To begin her class, Sakshi started the class with setting behavioral expectations from the students. The weather outside the class provided the momentum and we saw high rigor classroom getting realized and high student engagement.



Shivranjan Kolvankar taught Electric Current to Grade 8 students. His entire focus was on delivering Activity Based Learning. A real life connects of ‘Electric Current’. We also saw him using existing material inside a classroom to conduct Activity Based Learning showing us that to create ABL classroom you require Content Mastery as a Teacher. Students created ‘Path of Electric Current to start the TV’.

Such sessions inform us that we are moving in the right direction and impacting more and more teachers and students on our way.
