Guruji Education Management Solution (GEMS) is an online school ERP hosted on Elastic cloud to make any school paperless, with powerful administrative and academic features. It allows the stakeholders to manage, track, control, communicate and collaborate efficiently and effectively. It empowers a teacher to develop their styles from chalk and board environment to a creative one.
GEMS builds a community for the interaction of various stakeholders like – School Management, School Administration, Teachers, Parents and Students, promoting group learning, collaborative skills and interactive skills. We believe that for assimilating into the technology, the best way is to interact with the technology itself. Hence, our products are made highly interactive and simple so that learners can easily master it.
We wanted to create a highly innovative system that would easily maintain student and staff data and also that would take the hassle out of fee collection, payroll and other financial transactions.
This idea led us to designing of GEMS. Further problems faced by schools like – fee collection, RC generation, CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation), academic progress, teacher performance, student performance etc. were also rightfully addressed in GEMS to simplify the overall experience. GEMS was developed after a thorough research and development over a span of 7 years and regular pilot runs across multiple institutions catering to various boards in Indian educational scenarios to make it the best fit.
